Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Agent Loop platform. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users, including estate agents, agency administrators and any other persons accessing the Service.
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may be referred to the PPRA or law enforcement where appropriate.
1. Professional Conduct
You must:
- Hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) for the activities you conduct through the platform
- Comply with the Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019 and all PPRA codes of conduct
- Ensure all property listings are accurate, truthful and not misleading
- Disclose material defects you are aware of in property listings
- Not list properties for which you do not have a valid mandate
2. Data and Privacy
You must not:
- Upload personal information about clients without their POPIA-compliant consent
- Use client data for any purpose other than legitimate estate agency activities
- Share access to your account with unauthorised persons
- Attempt to access another agent's data, clients or listings
- Export or copy other users' data from the platform for competitive or commercial purposes
- Use the platform to build a competing service or product
3. AI and Matching Features
You must not use AI matching features to:
- Discriminate against any person on the basis of race, gender, pregnancy, marital status, ethnic or social origin, colour, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, conscience, belief, culture, language or birth (Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act)
- Generate or distribute misleading property valuations or market analyses
- Automatically send unsolicited communications to clients without consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI model or extract training data
4. Technical Restrictions
You must not:
- Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform or its infrastructure
- Use automated bots, scrapers or scripts against the platform without written authorisation
- Attempt to bypass rate limiting, authentication or access controls
- Introduce viruses, malware, ransomware or other malicious code
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or overload platform infrastructure
- Use the Service through proxies or VPNs to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
- Create multiple accounts to bypass subscription tier limits or suspensions
5. Content Standards
You must not upload, post or transmit content that:
- Is false, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful or threatening
- Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
- Contains personal information about minors
- Constitutes spam, chain letters or pyramid schemes
- Advertises or promotes illegal goods or services
- Impersonates any person, company or entity
6. Integration Misuse
When using connected integrations (Gmail, WhatsApp, portals, CRMs) you must:
- Comply with the terms of service of each connected third-party platform
- Not use the integration to harvest data for purposes unrelated to estate agency
- Not connect accounts belonging to third parties without their authorisation
7. Cross-Agent Network
The cross-agent matching feature is provided to facilitate legitimate referral cooperation. You must not:
- Use contact details shared through opt-in connections for unsolicited marketing
- Misrepresent your inventory or client base in cross-agent match summaries
- Create fictitious listings or clients to generate artificial network activity
8. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to admin@agentloop.digital. We investigate all credible reports and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension, referral to the PPRA or referral to law enforcement.
9. Enforcement
Agent Loop reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether activity violates this AUP and to take action including warning, temporary suspension or permanent termination. We will attempt to notify you of enforcement action unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or cause harm.
