This Cookie Policy explains how Agent Loop (Pty) Ltd ("Agent Loop") uses cookies, localStorage and similar technologies when you use our platform at agentloop.co.za.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include localStorage (browser storage), sessionStorage and pixel tags. They allow websites to recognise your device and store information between visits.
2. What We Use
Agent Loop uses the following storage technologies:

3. Third-Party Cookies
We may use the following third-party services that set their own cookies:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe sets cookies to prevent fraud and ensure secure transactions. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Google OAuth — if you connect your Gmail account. Google sets cookies for authentication. Google Privacy Policy
We do not currently use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
4. Essential vs Non-Essential
All storage used by Agent Loop is strictly essential for authentication and core platform functionality. We do not use optional or analytics cookies without your explicit consent. Because our storage is essential-only, we do not display a cookie consent banner — however, you may clear your browser storage at any time (see Section 5).
5. How to Control Cookies
You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data
Note: clearing authentication storage will sign you out of the platform. The Service cannot function without the essential storage listed in Section 2.
6. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy if we introduce new storage technologies. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notification.
